Orders & Wholesale
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity depends on the model, fabric and branding you choose. Share your needs and we'll clarify the most suitable wholesale terms together via WhatsApp or the quote form.
How is wholesale pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the model, fabric type, quantity and logo printing/embroidery details. As the manufacturer we offer direct, quantity-tiered wholesale pricing. For an exact quote, add products to your quote list and send us your request.
Do you sell retail (single units)?
We primarily focus on corporate and wholesale production. We do our best to help with small-quantity requests as well; contact us for the best guidance.
How do I place an order?
Add the products you like to your list with “Add to Quote” and fill in the quote form, or simply message us on WhatsApp. Our team confirms quantity, fabric and logo details and prepares a tailored quote.
Production & Fabric
Do you manufacture the products yourselves?
Yes. Since 1999 we manage cutting, stitching, logo printing and embroidery ourselves at our own production facility in İzmir / Bornova. This lets us offer manufacturer advantages in quality, lead time and price.
Which fabrics do you use?
Depending on the use case we work with durable fabrics such as cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, gabardine, ripstop and drill. We select the right fabric together based on your sector and conditions of use.
Can you produce custom models, colors and cuts?
Yes. We manufacture to your custom color, cut and model requests. We proceed via a sample to prepare a solution that matches your corporate identity.
How long does production take?
Lead time varies with quantity, model complexity and branding. After receiving your request we provide a clear production and delivery schedule. For urgent orders, just let us know in advance.
Logo Printing & Embroidery
Do you add our corporate logo to the products?
Yes. We apply logo printing and embroidery on all products. When you send your logo in vector format (e.g. .ai, .pdf, .svg) or high resolution, we recommend the most suitable application method.
Should I choose printing or embroidery?
Both have different advantages: embroidery offers a premium, long-lasting look; printing is better for colorful, large designs and high volumes. See our “Logo Printing or Embroidery?” guide for a detailed comparison.
Is there an extra charge for logo application?
The cost of logo printing/embroidery depends on the method, logo size, number of colors and quantity. In bulk production this cost per unit drops significantly. We share the exact figure with your quote.
Sample & Quality
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. For corporate orders you can request a sample before production and approve the fabric, cut and logo application before committing. Contact us for sample terms.
How are sizes determined?
You can work with our standard size sets or share your team's size distribution (S–XXL and above). If needed, we also produce to custom measurements/patterns.
Is there a quality assurance on the products?
All products pass a post-production quality check. Fabric durability, stitching quality and logo application are inspected before packaging. We commit to production consistent with the approved sample.
Delivery & Payment
Do you ship nationwide across Türkiye?
Yes. We ship from our production facility in İzmir to anywhere in Türkiye. We plan shipping details together at the time of order.
Do you ship internationally?
We consider international shipments for suitable projects. Share the country, quantity and delivery terms and we'll provide tailored information.
